These Terms and Conditions govern your use of maintopicks.com and the Main Topicks subscription, both operated by Main Topicks Inc., 601 Lexington Ave, Suite 2000, New York, NY 10022, USA. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You create a Main Topicks account with your email address. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscription and billing
The Main Topicks membership is a paid recurring subscription. Pricing, any trial length and billing terms are shown before any payment is taken. Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period and you authorise us to charge your payment method at the rate shown.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us at inquiries@maintopicks.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. To avoid being charged after a trial, cancel before the trial ends.
Acceptable use
The library is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site or the service, interfere with their operation, share your account in breach of these terms, or copy or redistribute content without permission.
Changes to the service
We may add, update or remove content in the library over time. If we change pricing or these terms in a way that affects your subscription, we will tell you in advance.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, design and library content belong to Main Topicks Inc. or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Main Topicks Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the membership.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
